Chicken Breast Meal in Ten Minutes.
- 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
- ¼ sliced onions
- Shake and Bake as desired
- 1/8 cup of water
In a Pyrex dish with a cover, lay the two chicken breasts flat and put the water on the bottom. Sprinkle the Shake And Bake over the chicken to taste. Drop in the pepper and onion on the chicken breasts.
Cover the dish and place in the microwave on high and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Check the breasts by cutting one in the center to make certain it is cooked all of the way through. If not place the dish back and cook for another minute.
Remove and serve with cut up veggies and rice. Perfect.
