This recipe is good for dipping shrimps, scallops and crab cakes. 1/3 cup orange marmalade1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup soy sauce1 clove garlic, finely mincedDash of ginger1 tspn. cornstarch1 tbsp. cold waterCombine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Bring to boiling point. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to hot sauce and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve hot. Makes approximately 3/4 cup of great tasting sauce.
