Chicken Pasta Recipe. Enjoy the Best

Ingredients

• 6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
• ¼ cup better or margarine
• 1 package of dry Italian style salad dressing
• 1/3 cup white wine
• 1 can of condensed golden mushroom soup
• 6 ounces of cream cheese with chives
• 1 pound angel hair pasta

  Directions

  Preheat your oven to 350F

  Using a large saucepan melt the butter or margarine and put in the dressing mix, wine and mushroom soup. Mix in the cream cheese and stir all until smooth. Turn down the heat to 350F and heat this through but don’t let it boil. In a 9 X 13 lay out the chicken breasts side by side in a single layer. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Bake it for one hour. Fifteen minutes before the chicken is ready use a large saucepan with lightly salted water to cook the pasta once the water is rapidly boiling. Cook it until is ready and then drain and serve with the chicken and sauce over the pasta.

  You may also want to try this recipe in the slow cooker. Simply mix together the ingredients place everything in the cooker and pour the seasoning mix over the top of it. It’s wonderful.

  Slow Cooker Chicken Delight

  Here is a recipe that is so easy you can place everything in a slow cooker while you enjoy the campground activities or get it set and take off for a days work or shopping. When you get back eight hours later simply serve it and enjoy.

  Ingredients

• 1 eight ounce jar of dried beef
• 7 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  Directions

  Prepare the slow cooker by lining the bottom with the dried beef and place four chicken breasts on top. Mix the sour cream, soup and flour and pour it over the chicken. Put a layer of three chicken breasts on top of this and pour the rest of the sour cream mix over this. Finish this with the rest of the dried beef.Chicken Pasta Recipe

  You can cook this in the slow cooker on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

  Some suggestions

  Try partially frying a few strips of bacon and then wrapping them around the chicken breasts. Yummy, the flavors penetrate the chicken.

  Use the dried beef you find in the deli. It’s less salty than the beef in the jars.

  Try using 2 pounds of frozen chicken in place of the chicken breasts and 1 ½ cans of sour cream, two cans of soup and one 4 ½ jar of dried beef.Chicken Pasta Recipe
